Xenwars has been down for around 2 years now. Some sparse work has been done since then. However, Xenwars is now undergoing a complete reconstruction. You can sign up an account and alpha test any time while we are reconstructing. However, if areas of the site don't work or appear to be missing components, it's because they are being worked on. We hope Xenwars can open for beta testing soon, stay tuned!
